Greg is Ayden’s father and has a background in carpentry and construction whilst Ayden’s expertise lays in plumbing and all things bathrooms.

OUR OFFERING
At Sydney boutique bathrooms we offer a range of different packages to suit most requirements, purposes and budgets. One of our Specialists, during a personalised consultation will assist you in deciding what your best options are in terms of the type and purpose of the renovation and your overall budget.
Once a decision is made, we handle your renovation from start to finish ensuring you a stress-free renovation that is delivered on time and within budget.
OUR 4 STAGE PROCESS
CONSULTATION
After arranging a time to visit your renovation site, we will discuss requirements, take measurements and give our professional recommendations
QUOTATION
A quote will be prepared and sent based upon the agreed requirements. It will include a comprehensive guide for the works to be undertaken and a total cost.
CONFIRMATION
After accepting our quote, a small deposit is taken to secure a mutually agreed upon date of commencement.
CONSTRUCTION
The renovation begins and essentially involves our construction phase process which is outlined below.
During the construction phase
We take the stress out of your renovations by handling the entire process from start to finish
Planning and Project Management
We assist you in the design and planning of your new bathroom/laundry and oversee the complete project from beginning to end.
Demolition
We remove the old bathroom/laundry and handle the cleanup of rubbish.
Plumbing
Our expert licensed plumbers handle all plumbing related aspects involved in your renovation
Electrical
Our talented licensed electricians handle all electrical related aspects involved in your renovation
Walls, Floors And Ceiling
Walls, floors and ceilings are professionally replaced if need be.
Waterproofing and Sealing
Being a very crucial and critical part of any renovation, all waterproofing and sealing is done at this stage according to Australian codes and standards by our licenced water proofers where a certification is given.
Tiling
Our experienced licensed tilers ensure an amazing quality job with finishes second to none
Painting
We take care of all relevant painting using long-lasting, high-quality mould-resistant paints for wet areas.
Product and Accessory Installation
At this stage any PC items such as tapware, showerscreens, vanities, cabinetry, sinks/tubs, toilets etc are expertly installed
Cleaning
Once the hard work is done and your renovation is complete, we provide a thorough, deep clean to ensure your new space is sparkling and ready for use.
